Omega PO 8500 42mm

Hi,

I have been looking at this watch for a while. However, I am concerned about its case thickness. Furthermore, it looks a little small on my close to 7" wrist but find the 45.5mm too big for me.





May I ask for some advice on this? I wish to be very sure before I make the decision to get it.
