production date

hi guys anyone knows how to calculate production date?? read at a website but totally dont understand what he is saying..

case no. 7T86-0AA0 is produced from 2009. the serial number is 140015.

tried emailing seiko and they say they dont know also.

oh so mine was 2011 april the 15th watch made..haha

usualyy the 1st digit denotes the production year, 2nd digit; the month & the remaining digits are the production numbers
