Feeling sad, being wearing my Nomos close to 10 years... The main spring broke as I was winding it... Gonna send it for repairs... Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Not overwind... long due for servicing... this is the main issue of manual winding watches... but I just love to have close contact with my watches :)
