Aiken korkor must train me riao... or be running buddy ley...I usually jog Alexandra->queensway->holland loop else long run will hit alexandra-ECp->Coastal road... (I am lazy bugger but hope to particpate in a 2012 event if I have time )

Moi ish relax 5km run, can't train ppl bt can be a running buddy lah...:) btw I run on every tue & thu or fri 5km ea time wanna join?? tis 100miles or 101km ish really tough n nd lot of training.

haha ok...for me I used to run in events 10km least and never 5km. but 5km is one of my training runs(my hse area) . Since 08,I have been in some of those marathons and ultra(no more 10km)...hope to break my 100km barrier...can be done but takes more determination and absorb more pain. 100miles is a dream for me...thats 4 marathons under 32 hours..... but never try never know ;)

I used to help train my running buddies in the past from my past work for ippt(they pass can riao hor) and also marathon but now I 'pun-chat' riao......

my last safra run was in 2008/09? too crowded riao..... same with any other event but think this one is one of the superduper crowded runs... so not for me..

Yup.. it is crowded.

But that's the only time I will run 21KM.

Hahaha.. normal days will nt have the discipline to run such distance.
