The Falali fella family still gotch nothing to worry... sorry for the baby and unborn though... in their growing up days, they'll be fatherless though...



The biggest challenge falls on the taxi uncle family, daughter cannot further her tertiary education as her father is the only financial pillar of the family. Son also finishing secondary school soon, without uncle's monthly income, also hard for him to further his studies lah...

Wondering how or if the insurer will pay out... isn't there a clause where if the driver is drunk (I am not saying the guy IS drunk since still not proven) then the insurer doesn't have to be responsible.



So if insurer don't pay up, then who will compensate the poor victims families? Hmm..

If i'm not wrong, the taxi uncle is not insured himself... so most likely the insurance will be from Comfort side. But, how're we able to tell how much does Comfort pay for the insurance of their drivers?

The Comfort group major concern might not be the loss of a driver, but most likely to be the loss of a tool(the air bag-less SONATA that might priced more than 60k) that brings them return in business...

The falali fella family still gotch a pool of cash to lie on... if they can afford that red horse, certainly not a issue for them in the future.



But now the family of the taxi uncle can onli be dependent on the condolesence fund liaoz... even if the elder daughter of the family gives up her chance to further Uni Study, goes to work, still veri siong for them to pull through the rest of the years to come. The only Mother of the family, @ current age, will have to face a tougher challenge besides the lost of family financial pillar, a husband, a guardian of the juniors... and the challange of finding ajob to support the family as current day singapore, dun hv manufacturing business anymore.



My father ROD when i was in last year of my NS... luckily my mother that time oredi a factory worker, immediately i left SAF, i walk into working life liaoz. My younger brudders... too young to step into working life then. A look at the deceased family, reminds me of that kind of days i had went through... realli hard to swallow the bitterness of life in current days when we have to scrimp and save...

So now the cause of accident is no longer around and their insurer won't pay becos under 35, you mean the cab driver family has to claim against the taxi insurer lah?? Alamak, got chance meh?



furthermore, even if can claim against red car driver assets, also will take long long legal process la, unless ASAP apply to freeze his assets now.

Daytime speeding will not be possible @ Victoria Street as the whole traffic is too packed liaoz.

The major concern will be the early morning, btwn 0630hrs to 0715hrs... that's the time when we'll see more folks are waiting @ the busstop as well as coming out from the station going to work in the offices of BUGIS Junction as well as Raffle's hospital building... that huan sure jialat as during that period of time, the traffic is less packed and any beast can manovuer around in fast speed...

We c most of the 'GOOD' cars hav is becoz they can bring in the top end of a particular model as buyers buyin dis 'GOOD' cars r aldy payin so much so dat they wont kpkb...

That was really a close shave for the other car and the taxi that filmed this. It could have been more dead or injured. Really balls shrink man. Just now when I drove I kept getting reminded of this accident and was really cautious, more than usual. Pls drive safely and be alert guys, even if the traffic light is in our favor.

The Japanese woman who was caught in the horrific three-vehicle accident in Bugis was reportedly robbed minutes before her death. According to The Straits Times (ST), an eyewitness said that he saw a man pick up notes and coins discarded around the taxi which appeared to belong to Shigemi Ito, the female passenger of the taxi that a Ferrari rammed into at the junction of Rochor Road and Victoria in the early hours of Saturday morning. Ito, who according to Lianhe Wanbao, was a student at Raffles Design Institute , was reportedly still alive at that point in time. The 57-year-old eyewitness, who only wanted to be known as Lim, added that he estimated the man to have picked up cash amounting to about S$300, reported ST, which quoted a Lianhe Wanbao report. Lim said that he ran to the accident scene after he heard a loud bang and he saw Ito crying out in pain as the man stole...
