Orange or Black?

Orange or Black?
When i first joined the forum, bros here said "Looking forward to more hoot from you".. Back then i thought i'd never bear to put my Seiko Sinn down for another watch. But recently, something's caught my attention and it's the exact same feeling as i had felt before i bought the Seiko Sinn :D



That is The Monster! But my dilemma now is... Orange Monster or Black Monster?! (I can only get one, if not will kana nagging big time from gf...)



Looks so good this combo!





But this one also damn power!





And what about this?!







Any advice/suggestions, people?

Especially with the black leather strap with orange stitching, wicked! :o :o

Thanks for the headsup! I think i'm gonna go ahead with the BM and then get the mod after some time :) Did you DIY or go to K2 to get the mod done?

most of us wil go to K2 to change the dial

buy BOTH and swop the chapter rings then u have a PAIR of lover watches which u can take turns to swop and wear. u will NOT regret it! ;)

Damn nice! Don't think your suggestion will work out though, my GF don't really like diver's. She goes for the Skaagen kind, ultra slim. :)

Just a quick update guys, finally managed to convince my gf and gain approval for the Monster.



Now i need advice as to where can i get one? I was at Bugis over the weekend and i enquired at the BHG departmental store, it was really departMENTAL, the price was a crazy S$580+!!! I remember seeing it on skywatches.com for only S$200+?? Any advice on this, seniors?



I'm also looking to change the face of the monster to this :D i know it's totally not a monster anymore, but i just can't stop thinking about this face...

I'm definitely going to mod it, but after some wear time maybe :) please pardon me, but what's the difference between an original one from K2 or Twinkle and a pre-owned one?

original means a brand new piece: $240-$250 +-



preowned: $150-$180 depending on condition

HAHAHA! Scroll up bro, lots of examples here to poison you. Personally, i'm going for the Orange lume on Black dial with pilot hands set. You can refer to the image above :)



I just think that the combo looks damn sick, in a good way of course :twisted:

Yeah, currently deciding between the black monster, stargate or spork... but hard to find a spork now. :(

i didnt bling up a Monster... my mod was a refurbished a skx021 for my CO.

she dun like diver bezel so i had the idea to bling it when i was at Swarovski factory in Austria. :lol:

yah stick one by one... but sometimes the xtals get knocked off... so wifey stopped wearing it :( :(



need to modify and make the xtal recess into the insert somehow.. not had the time to fix it yet
