Full Metal G-shocks
I was checking and rearranging some of my g-shocks and decided to take SIC these full metal models:







Many g-shocks now just have a thin piece of pressed metal fitted over the base resin case. The ones here are true-blue heavy solid metal cases, some augmented with a little additional resin body armour, some just plain exposed metal. Their bracelets are also full metal (as opposed to the current composite ones), providing a good balance to the watch heads.

My 130 was purchased new in 2001 I think, and had undergone at least two servicing and one EL panel replacement at Marco.



I really love the 130. Where normally we would find resin protecting the face and buttons, this monster is all metal. Mine is steel, not titanium, and the weight further contributes to the feeling that this is a substantial watch..

Another one of my favourites, in titanium. I think I got this in 98 or 99. Screw-down caseback!

G-shock Giez, discontinued line I think. Premium build series. The big deal to me about this model is that it has five motors under the hood, has a full metal casing, and yet remains shock-proofed to g-shock standards. Perpetual calendar, alarm, world time, and chronograph adds additional utility.
