Just want to post this appreciation thread for Mr Goh.

As some of you already know, I won the Seiko Solar Chronograph SSC017P at our annual gathering last saturday.

I have been drooling over the watch for some time already and i am very greatful to win the lucky draw.

The watch was kindly donated by Mr Goh - our friendly, efficient and generous watch guy from K2 Watches at Tanjong Katong Complex.



I had the opportunity earlier today to drop by his shop to thank him personally for his support of our gathering and donation of the watch.

I know most of you already know of Mr Goh and have used his services.

But for those who are on the fence, i would like to give a big thumbs up for Mr Goh and strongly recommend his services!

No lah bro, i was there at 630pm. But only for about half hour. Also changed the battery on one of my chronos.

Hahaha Glad you like the 'tower' display.

That tool box was bought at a 'cheap-cheap' store in Melbourne. You know the kind where they sell thousand and one things from toys to boxes, decorations, batteries, second hand stuff, etc. Just like the $2 shops here.

Maybe you find a similar box at hardware shops or specialist shops that deals with plastic containers eg Toyogo??

Ohh Baang... surprisingly awak tahu saya cakap apa... Maaf la... saya bahasa melayu satu satu keping... sometime fellow colleagues in workplace takes sometime to absorb... :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:



Toyogo case banyak besar lah... saya jam kollektion tak ada machiam itu volume lah...

Itu hari saya actually ada angkat lagi satu box pergi event, saya itu 10 tahun SEIKO FLIEGER w/o S5 logo, semua packed dalam itu DIY Rocher choklat kotak. Tak ada display lah... becos... kotak pecah during travel trip!

For "fragile" watches, small ziploc's can work; for the g-shocks you see here, the resin bezel remains unmarked, and the dial of the watch untouched, when stacked as such.

Wonder if K2 Mr Goh has this in stock and how much it costs.

K2 don't have the black case SNZG17 in his shop, for a certain time... the SNZG1Xs over there are mostly the colored variants. If yo want 1, must order with him, so that he can make contact with his supplier.

Or else... i suggest go to Skywatches @ PPC. Priced about what brudder TheChef had suggested.

After 2 weeks of waiting, I finally got my 6105 back from the shop, Mr. Goh's K2 nonetheless. Got SMS the night before and this afternoon I arrived early to collect, 1:00 pm, the shop was still closed. Lucky a few minutes later Mr. Goh arrived.



Now, my 6105-8119 is hacking and can lock the crown! :lol:



Well done Mr. Goh! Long live K2! :mrgreen:
