Repairing Tag Heuer

I have an old Tag Heuer (Classic 2000, I believe) with digital and analog function. Initially I thought the battery had died but was told by the service centre that the entire movement needs replacement and would cost $600+

Is there somewhere else in Singapore where I could bring the watch to for a second opinion?
