Hi guys! Just joined this forum as i'm looking to get my first Seiko tomorrow (if the transaction goes on smoothly).



I'm getting a second hand Seiko SRP043K2 with the rubber strap from someone who contacted me after i posted in SWX.



Any advice for me on spotting a fake? Or are there no SRP043K2 fakes known yet?

Hey all! Finally got my hands on the "SPORK"! Got it on Thursday night and I'm still excited to wear the watch. I find myself looking at the watch every now and then and just staring at it, not to actually check the time, but to stare and admire the watch.



Enough talking, here're my amateur pictures taken with the iPhone :)



When I first got the watch

















The condition's really good, only scratches found were fine hairline scratches at the back, possibly from placing the watch facing up on rough surfaces. :)

Congrats, it's a real fine watch.. pity that seiko discontinued this model. it will be in demand for a while...
