any sexperts know what is the rate for StarHub users to send SMS to a Taiwan number?



or are there any apps or site that can actually send for free? :)

U can use VIBER,WHATAPPS or TEXT FREAK on android or IPhone, both parties must have this apps to works n if overseas use WIFI signal only......

Who is at Taiwan? U or frnd? If u msg frm s'pore to Taiwan no prob but if u msg frm Taiwan using s'pore line that will cost a bomb!!!!
