Oleng Monster or Oleng Mako?

Oleng Monster or Oleng Mako?
Hi All,



Questions again. Bitten by the Oleng bug and trying to find the best deals for either. Looks like it is a couple of reds more for the Monster. So still deciding. Will try to find a Oleng rubber strap with deployment clasp to match once I get the watch.



Seeking opinions on this.

Monster for me.



Mako looks good on only black or blue dial,lol, very subjective i know ;)

I'm up for Monster too!!

But with a Sumo lying around @ $550, it's worth considering too.

Agree 100%. To me, the Mako looks so much better as a blue dial watch than it looks in orange, the blue is blingy. If you really want an Orange watch, go with the Monster.



I do have to say, though, that Ray Raven is looking mighty appealing....

orleng monster gives a fiercer look than the orleng mako. if budget allows, go for orleng sumo :)

The reason why I considered the Mako is coz of the price, I do agree it looks much better in Black or Blue. I will keep a keen lookout for the Monster then. Sumo is nice, but way out of budget I have set for this Orleng phase.

But I reckon the OM is a little more liquid in terms of trading. Folks buy and sell OM more than OS.



Any thoughts?

Pulled the trigger. Bought from the popular shop in Peninsular. Compared with the Oleng Mako at the shop. Decided to go with all the recommendations.

The OM is also my first modern Seiko diver.. wise choice :)

Congrats on your OM bro, wise choice, you won't regret it.. If I could suggest: please keep the monsters on rubber straps or anything but the bracelet.. The bracelet is a tad blingy IMHO..
