I have not much experience with Chinese movements.But judging from the response of collector's in the WUS forum... mostly these PARNIS watches ended up as daily tickers. Once bashed up, straight it goes to the rubbish bins. Although there are frequent mentions of the use of SEAGULL movements in PARNIS products, I doubt it's the quality grades movement that you may find in the germasian brand like ELYSEE.
If it is priced below $150, it may draw a little attention to me. You saw these watches @ CENTRAL mall, Clarke quay right? Or the watch shop facing the HDB hub building @ Toa Payoh?

latter 2 claimed to hv Seagull ST3600 & 2551 movements.

If those are new... compare to TITAN watches using the same movements, is definitely VFM.
But if those are pre-owned... the judgement is up to you.

the M186 & M187 Roman w blue hands look good. might consider either one of this too.
only drawback compared to Parnis is they are smaller - 38mm diameter.

IThe only saga I knew is distributor from SG complain to US and force them have to increase their price :?
