oh ya, when setting time, the gmt hand moves in lockstep with the 'normal' hour hand. When the local time is set correctly with the hour/minute hands, the gmt hand can then be set/moved independently. So, I presume it is a real/true gmt watch :D

The lume is pretty for the first few minutes only, so it is no match against the night train tricolor tritium tubes at night. For now, night train is the watch I wear to bed :D
