Have not seen any military issued watch other than the SAF Hamiliton.....the quartz one....

I think the Singapore navy have a few Azimuth Seahums if i remember correctly...hehehe...

I think hammy quartz are for ranks below 3 arrows de....above 3 arrows different watch and for officers oso different watch...

think most impt thing to change would be back to factory dial...then you can see more ppl wearing the M.R watch out..

movement wise... I am sure some better ETA ESA quartz can be fitted into it(ofrei.com/cousinsuk.com)..can get those higher quality quartz movement with more jewels..

but the grades are vastly difference...if you open up eta esa quartz watches often you see their quality...

black VS green VS blue color circuit boards...all quality nt the same..

I got one older ESA quartz that has 7/9 jewels in blue circuit board,thats considered higher grade ESA quartz... most hammy quartz/wenger/vic should be less than 3 j or the common 1 jewels...
