can intro u some must try places:



1. pho qyunh , try their stewed beef pho , farking power. i tried all the famous pho is hcm and this one is the best.

2. go the massage opposite go2bar , bui vien street , the girls there quite power

3. coffee! try the weasel coffee, buy some back! trung nguyen legendee is not bad . (note that most weasel coffee there are synthetic using weasel enzymes to produce it , not from the actual weasel)

4. drinks at rex hotel rooftop bar , nice night view of the city

5. ben tanh / war surplus market for souvenirs and dried snacks, you can find vintage watches there (fake) and shit load of other fake watches lol

Ho chi Minh is a nice city to stay in.. But be careful of pickpockets and robbers there :D

Dun look down on casio hor.... rich ppl wear them all the time.... ;)



roo di di, you won't go wrong shopping around Ben Thanh Market area to some ulu places to look for vintage pieces... inside the market a lot of fakes!

But, you can still get a lot of good food inside and just outside.... especially the paper rice snack (pack a punch simply request for more chilli)! Try the scorpion wine also sibei power.... ;)

HCM is another city i would like to visit one day...but not with my co and kids.

The busy traffic looks like Phnom Penh to me, very scary if i bring along young children... must look left, right, front and back b4 crossing the road :shock:

2 yrs back when I was there I saw a ang mo grandpa hugging his vietnam 'grand daughter' till she nearly suffocate. :lol: :lol:

The one in the watch case, no. The one from CEO in is the plastic Daiso box. Look closely you can see it. I have two, one for collection, one for wearing... although the one for wearing also seldom gets worn :lol:
