Anybody order supplements online?



I just realised that iherb.com is cheaper than bodybuilding.com!!! Iherb shipping using DHL only USD$15!!! (Depend on how heavy your supplements is)



I normally order fish oil (Omega 3) and multi-vit online. Local fish oil price is damn expansive, cannot make it lah. Can save quite a lot if order online.



Any bro got lobang for cheaper supplements?

I used to frequently ordered supplements(whey protein,glucosamine,omega3,power bar,endurox drinks) while active exercising n running...



fom local online stores like nutritionpark or TSW nia.. (my newer dumbells,cushion mats n some gears from there one)...have not really compare those prices cos I am more particular if the individual stores has what I am looking for(in quantity(kg) or flavour)..



but long time didnt order riao...though thinking of ordering endurox or similar (good to drink after a run or training)

I have ordered from iherb.com and bodybuilding.com before. If you compare the price of the items, bodybuilding.com is cheaper but their shipping is expensive. iherb is cheaper overall.

I used to order from BB.com even heavy stuff coz they have normal shipping 4-6 weeks type but they don't offer that anymore.



So just order locally, nutritionpark for me but nowadays I just order whey protein niah. No more fancy stuff....

I find that endurox or accelerate helps as a thirst quencher(nutrients,carbs n protein) after workout or best after a long run..it also speeds up recovery and also nice flavor like fruitpunch.. else those gym goers will take whey protein for muscle repair n building. last time when I still taking protein supp.it be ultimate nutrition or optimum nutrition cos they are nice(cappcucio mocha,cookie n cream) and light .



say if you go gym or maybe training day just bring a small container put 2 full scoops...after training mixed in water bottle with cold water ...is best.. these are way better than any gassy h20 or 100plus..

after trying so many brand i find on the most yummy+ easy to dissolve , gnc by far the most disgusting
