My second piece cost me $300.



So depending where you look, the "brand new" price varies.

Head to Causeway point 2nd floor..Got 1 watch shop there still got 2 pcs..1 on rubber 1 on braclet..Discount quite normal IMO at around 28% but then its discon and brand new with 1 yr local warranty...GOGOGOGO... :lol: :lol:

$530 is because its under thong sia stock cos for SRP043 models got come in export set which is also known as grey market stock not by agent..At $300++ grey market stock u cant get anymore locally already...Islandwide i doubt got such price anymore..

I bought an agent set, and then a grey set; I still have both. Anyway the spork has been around for some time, and my first was purchased in end 2007 iirc. After the initial buzz it became just a regular model, so PI and used sets appeared at good prices regularly. The recent discon probably caused the spike in prices.

e model has been a regular piece in seiko SG showcases since 2007.....



but only recently, im into watches.



and only just into seiko.



and also just then sinn/ spork caught my eyes when i was googling for seiko modds..



so e rest of e story follows...

Yah, the whole stargate series seems to be discontinued... I wonder why models like monster are there like forever, whereas Sinn and Stargate are discontinued.. along side with Sammy too :evil:

Seiko also clever...doing the fish n bait way... we are the fishes... also discontinue the watch while its still in its prime...then ppl will be on e ball for next model that might be going off the production or new models in.
