SIC: Osc13 Moded Seiko SKX-007J

Guess I broke my promise about no divers until I get the missus' proposal ring, but what the hell, I need a comfty daily beater and the seiko oyster that comes default with my seiko sea urchin snzf17 is a tad too wide for my taste.. Furthermore, a divers with jubille bracelet is too hard to resist..



The infamous watch is heavier than i thought, never got my hands on an SKX007 before, so it caught me short there, but I'm happy.. I always thought that the heavier the watch, the better materials put into producing one.. Got mine from people's park center (or complex, I always got those 2 mixed up) at skywatches.. The 2nd day language is arabic (my 1st arabic seiko), and theres a premium for the J variation of this watch..



Just when I thought of heading to K2 to get it modded to a meatball classic 6309 second hand, there's a post that said they're closed till 18, I'm leavin the sunny island on the 18th.. Thanks again to bro Tanwill for the speedy reply and I couldn't be much happier.. I always thought fitting the meatball second hand would give the watch the evergreen look of a classic no-nonsense divers, but I didn't know it's gonna look THIS classic and timeless.. This could be it, this could be THE daily beater..
