at Tiong Bahru Plaza to ollect my vintage Orient digital (thks again for fixing up for me bro)



Re-molested some of his nice pieces & decided to go T.B market to recce, saw a new shop selling vintage watches but those who are familiar with sellers from CSC should noe the owner of the small shop.



Went People's Park Complex, went to Seagull boutique, nice pieces but not nice price ;)



After dat, went to Twinkle to look for jennifer zeh zeh, she told me about the new Solar Chrono divers, took out from the diaplay & took some pics of it.



IMO, quite a nice piece.

Was at twinkle and saw this watch yesterday.. I remembered Jennifer was on the phone with a guy asking about seiko sinn, they were speaking in mandarin but from a rough guess, he's asking Jenny to hold the watch for him.. Our SC bro on the other end of the phone ? :D

if not for the sudden rain...we could have sat longer....but also good since we sexplored the many many watchshops ard TB n Chinatown.. hopefully some point of time,there might be good hoots in the C.C....

these solar chrono divers look pretty cool.. not sure how well they will sell and be popular with international market.. price is right for divers esp one with screwdown crown n pushers..rated divers 200m. only thing to consider is its a solar tech watch. :D

Nice man, what a coincidence, my willpower gave way and I just got these three 200m chronos (screw-down everything, alarm, dual-time display, slide-rule calculator, solid end-links, solid links....) too :mrgreen: :

Yup hooted all three :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: This model not easily found anyway, so might as well get the whole set. The goldie is really really nice. I might put it on a leather strap to reduce the bling a bit.



So far I find these three SNA41x very well made. The two time zone works flawlessly, and is easy to use. The alarm is quite loud also, and the slide-rule is nice and firm when rotating. No gap between bezel and case, nice and precise. The screw-down crown, pushers are all up to par also. Overall very happy with these poor man's flightmasters :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: 22mm lugs, so I will experiment with putting them on pilot straps...

Congrats on the hoot bro Herza.. The gold one gets my pick as my fav, follow by the white-blue colourway (reminds me of pepsi a little bit).. Strap the gold one on a brown leather strap with white lining.. Looking forward to your SIC

I look at the gold, it really bling bling bling! Like to see it in real life.



Where did u find it?

I might just go and look for it to kpo.

I got all three in Kowloon, different shops though. Was told there that these are discon, but I cannot find any info on the web.



King Wah has the gold and the SS black dial also, one piece each. Andy says he thinks these are not discon and still can order.



Anyway, it is all Big-E's fault :lol: :lol: :lol: . We were musing some time back when we met, whether Seiko has any screw-down 200m chronos other than the Caesar, and Big-E highlighted these. The slide-rule bezel is a huge plus, and the dual-time is really quite useful for travelling :mrgreen:

It's one of the quartz chrono I always wanted but keep putting off... Coz I can never decide which variant to get (and automatic always distract me).



I think I must come molest these one day bro.

I like the white/blue but worry its hard to read the time.

Luckily you bought them in HK and din listen to Andy. Sometimes, Andy buay zhun one. Last time my fren went to ask if he can order some watch, he say can. End up wait for 2 mths and no stock.

watchlooker - yah lo I hooted 20 pieces. Now scratching head furiously.



Big-e - yes after I got all 3, I like the blue/white the most. It has a very nice holiday yachting type of feel, the colour I mean. And this colourway is uncommon among 200m chrono seikos.
