Saw a sale thread in sg-roc last week. Limpek quite keen on the watch so smsed the seller for more info. (but the seller took damn long to reply, every sms he will take abt 1/2 - 1 day :roll: )



On Mon,

arranged with him to meet up on the next day 8pm. He sms me confirm!



On Tue, (i got a funny feeling)

at 7:30 pm (I kiasu), sms him from home to confirm meetup, also asked him stoopid question, will the security guard stops me from driving into his condo? (no reply)

at 7:45 pm, sms him again, "Are u at home now?" (still no reply)

at 8:10 pm, sms him again. "SInce no reply, i will go home instead, will arrange meet up again. Thanks." (never reply)

at 10:34pm when i was surfing SBF, this seller called me to offer an apology. Apologies Accepted. He told me his HP was switched to silence mood and also had forgotten our appt at 8pm at his condo. :shock: He wanted to arrange another meetup on this Fri again :lol: I told him NO HURRY :lol:



Sometimes we can sense the buyers/sellers are sincere or not.

If the buyers/sellers are not sincere. Better don't be too serious with them. :mrgreen:

You might end up ranting in SC forum :lol:

i was also communicating with a seller from sg-roc since yest.



text him in the morning ard 8+ to ask some questions, replies were prompt thru-out but suddenly MIA after I asked my last question ard 10:28am.



text him last nite ard 9:13pm, still no reply



text him just now 10:18am, still no reply.



I'm getting a bit impatient liao although that watch is on my wishlist sometime back.



well, if still no reply, i guess I'll pass.



unless the watch is sold, dat's y he never replied me but when i checked his FS post, there's no update.

6 days and 2 payment reminders later the buyer say dont want to buy anymore. KNS!

then ebay dont allow sellers to leave negative feedback :(

One joker messaged me in the morning to deal on my m4/3 camera.



So, I drove home from town to woodlands, picked up the camera, drive to west coast and waited for him.



Of cos, u guys know it, he SMS me and said, not buying Liao!

That's why I always believe, if you are selling, you deal at your preferred location.



As a buyer, I will always assume the seller is sincere in selling, although I also kana, going to his preferred location then he went uncontactable.

for similar reason I always prefer self-collect when selling, especially when dealing with the buyer for the first time.

But seriously, I did meet a few buyers like that, confirm is not any of the regular SC bros though. Rather frustrating sometimes.

whenever i refresh the forum after 2am, most of the times its you replying some post like last night....



After 2am, Sc is dead town liao.... only can visit the 2 SBFssss :lol:

most of the time i am in night shift mode during off days, sleeping at 4-6am also... waking up tml lokking like KP liao.... :D
