I'm also using blades but have an issue with shaping my goatee. Manual shaving takes a long time and gives an uneven shape lol.

I cut myself many times in the beginning. But now, I close my eyes also can shave Liao....



Practice makes perfect.

I used electric shaver before but, not as clean shaved as normal razor.

Then I experimented using a 4 or 5 blades gilette where u just change the head only when it became blunt. Compare with disposable, I figured out is cheaper.



But again, I have more hairs to shave, so that's just me. :)

me shape goatee with a trimmer



usually weekend i will use hair trimmer to trim , side burn at level 2 height , goatee level 3 height , then then rest use blade to shape, other areas use electric shaver

i use panasonic esla62 or 63... last time hoot from amazon.. buay pai but now i cannot find the replacement foil and blade..



i follow the shaving thread on edmw huan.. had a 3 series braun for 2 weeks and i gave up.. shave too slow.. i duno the 7series good or not.. might be tempted to hoot one.

last time got one thread by Mrbraun or something.. not beng kia one.. the 3 series i hoot from mustafa one.. the shave is very slow.. need to go over many times.



The panasonic one, 3 slides over gao tim liao.. but like not very lasting. I had it for 1 yr and i think not as efficient as before already..

Using a Braun 3 series, bought for about $100. Quite nice to use but not sure of the blade durability

I had an ex-classmate in uni he was dem hairy. His facial stubble went all the way down his neck and joined with his chest hair! :shock:



So during summer when wear t-shirt can see straight line of hair where he stopped shaving :lol:

Likewise. Front facing always need to be well groomed. Of course can always take the easiest and fastest route, shave everything lol.

nowadays got some waxing that is permanent, imagine the amount of money saved on shavers, and the time saved on shaving... :lol: just wax the parts that shouldn't have hair, so the goatee will always growth out at the correct spots...

Seriously, in Singapore so easy to do. We got the Tabac soap here and some reasonable blade options in Mustafa... Next time you go watch-hunting there... :twisted:
