Guys, I added a new section for general watch discussion

There's been a lot of cross topics between Japanese and non-Japanese, so I added another section to cater for that and also for general watch topics like choice of bracelet, straps, tools and other accessories.



All WRUW can be posted there too.



Hope this new section will be useful for the general watch topics, so Chit Chat will be mostly for off topics discussion.
