LONGINES 300m divers @ $1.6k? What's the catch?
Just came back from MUSTAFA hrs ago.

Was looking at the HAMILTON range, then comes to the LONGINES showcase. Saw a 300m divers with SS bracelet priced below SGD$1.6k. huh?



Izzit too ex? No idea about LONGINES general range, but do know that the MASTER COLLECTION Moonphase is abt 4k to go for.

Or izzit too cheap? With general class ETA movements?



Personally i don't have experience with LONGINES watches except that all the while impression i have on this brand is... ATAS!

I did molested a OMEGA divers before, knowing that the OMEGA will cost more than 3.5k to own.

Yah, around that price for the 300M auto hydroconquest. Quartz lagi cheaper.

yea hydroconquest goes around that price, used ones go below the 1k region often.

Longines is not that ATAS, they are commonly found in watch shops that also sells watches from Guess and other fashion watches.

I seriously doubt they even have a plant since they are under the Swatch group along with Omega, Tissot and so on.

Probably the entire movement is done by ETA which is Swatch owned as well.

Diver fan can consider buying the Longiness Legend Diver No Date or the Charles Lindberge something if u a Aviator Fan.



As for Hydroconquest, I think one can consider buying a preown to try 1st. Pretty gd value4$$$ if u like those snowflake lookalike Hr hands. Ppl letting go ard $800-1k region w B&P. Gd luck hunting ya

At this price range I could recommend getting a preown discontinue legend diver without date as the current model comes with date.. Simply classic and come with a big box and a big book of the historic diver from Longines.. Sorry for the OT here..:D
