buy/sell thread

buy/sell thread
Hey roo,

I was wondering if the buy/sell thread could be revealed under the market place of the board index page. This will let visitors know you have such thread and we'll also get to know when its last active thread was. It'd be more consistent in terms of board index page layout as well.

Of course you still can keep it as 'login required' or sth. similar.

Thank you. :)

By right it should be there and only non-login guests won't be able see that market place section.

Re: buy/sell thread
ok, i wasnt clear in my post.

What i meant was if you could let the non-login guests see that you have such sale thread in the market place section of this forum but non-clickable to them (could be annoying to them though, see but not touch  ) Members will also be able to see the last active thread date/time without login-in.

JMOOC :)

I don't think so, it's either they can see or they cannot see

Members have to login else they can't see anything.

Please read the FAQs.
Re: buy/sell thread
hi bro, still cannot leh. where do I click to post an ads.
buy/sell thread
You need a minimum post count in order to post in the market place.

The main reason for this is to prevent new members registering for the sake of selling their stuff.

It's all in the FAQ.

Sorry if I sound harsh but we are really a friendly engaging community and not a buy sell trading platform.

Re: buy/sell thread
Hi Zico,

Sorry for the inconvenience, please refer to the announcement I made in May regarding the access to Buy/Sell: http://forums.seikoclubsg.com/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=3086" false;

2. Forum Access

In order to increase activity and reduce lurkers here, I decided to restrict access to the Market Place to active posting members only with effect from 1st June 2012.
Re: buy/sell thread
Hi Moderator,

May I know why I cannot gain access to the Buy/Sell section all of a sudden?

Please advise.

Thanks,

Re: buy/sell thread
