Molested the Samson Beach Star. Nice vintage but better check if they are working.
The rest looks boring and yes. I went back empty handed.

... all of them were not working..... :( :( still worth to buy and service though id think...
but i rather buy the claro beach star... and not this samson beach star... though its probably the same watch but marketed using a different brand name

...I saw a lot of louis erard, sector, titoni, $50 vintages, Boss, orient, DKNY, Fossil, a few hamiltons, citizens, and a lot of j.springs (seiko rite?)...(But bought the last bund strap)
Unfortunately i don't have much juice yesterday, otherwise i would have hooted the black J.Spring auto, or perhaps sacrifice the TITONI for the LOUIS ERARD auto chrono... Valjoux7750 auto chrono at the price tag of 1.26k is really something cannot be missed!
Eventually, a malay couple hooted one of the auto-chrono after i told them that they cannot get that movement watch elsewhere @ that price.

yah lo, I was also very tempted... especially by the J.springs - they are really attractive at below S$200 after discount :)

louis erard, titoni, seagull, fortis, hamilton all cleared. he says he will be moving end yr to opposite peninsula sc level 1. will then focus more on japanese watches. there are also 3 Russian watches at $50 ea if anyone is keen.bought a few enicar (sentimental for my mum she says) and 1 orient. will spend some time this wkend cleaning all the dirt and stains all over.
nothing much liao.
but as u said, once he is back in biz, we shall hear more of his classic sales talk :)
