zulu and nato straps... where did you get yours?

unfortunately i missed the boat when bro roo facilitated a mass order.



now i'm thinking of getting some zulus. online shops are selling like usd$16 each... quite costly...

so where did you get yours from? any indicative price?

LOL, I think most of them got from me or K2.



K2 also have NATO and Zulu going probably around $10 +/-

Among all I think the best quality would be the Maratac Natos/Zulu from Westcoasttime

I feel that the Maractac straps aren't as rough on the skin nor stiff like most straps found here.

They are longer than the straps from local suppliers though and cost roughly 19usd but I think their quality warrants the price



The zulu is from K2 and the 4 Ring Maratac Nato from Westcoasttime





As for the others mentioned above I think they are rather standard nato/zulu straps so the cheaper the better :mrgreen:

but can tell that the westcoasttime one is better, stitching on the strap instead of hotpressed...



bought one nato from gnomon long long ago... abit costly and its hotpressed also i think

gnomon sells them for like $18 for the 18mms, I bought a few from them long time ago. You can try K2, he have some nato and zulus

The bulk of mine were from thewatchprince.com, second most from superchrono at sim lim sq, and right after that from Roo.



Best VFM straps are from Roo.

Pleasantly surprised that there were so many cost-friendly sellers on Nato straps in Singapore. Living in London still, I tend to get mine from ebay sellers.

i got 3 maratacs long long time ago from Broadarrow, now i think only westcoasttime ship international



20mm black nato (with brand etched under buckle)

22mm olive 2 ring PVD zulu (no brand etched)

24mm black zulu (no brand etched )



the 22mm maratac was softer than the 22mm i bought locally. weave is a little different.



maratacs now i heard all their straps got its brand etched

back then it was USD12 for NATO, USD16 for zulu vs now lol

@Solanum88, 4 ring is actually longer than 2 ring for maratacs.



last time mailed westcoasttime to check, cos scared its too long

2 ring is 10.75inches and the 4 ring is 11.75inches with buckle

I used to organise bulk orders for NATO and Zulu straps but not any more as it's very time consuming for me.



But I haven't came across any 16mm NATO before, even from my supplier...
