dont get me wrong... i am VERY happy with the +4sec... i was worried that it would be +/- 30 sec or something ridiculous or out of seiko spec.

i'm not so anal about accuracy. Since i rotate watches every couple days, it doesnt matter to me.

but at the price of the mm300, i was just praying that it would be atleast within spec (after hearing some horror stories).

so... +4sec i am extremely happy.


+/-30 sec whose is so unlucky..... :shock: if I recall correct... mine is +6sec out o the box.... and it eventually settle down to around +2/0 sec comparing to atomic clock after 3 days.... only dial side up when light-off!

of my seikos, when I decided to trim a little, this MM300 is the hardest to let go. It reeks of premium quality, and maybe because it is not trendy and has virtually no variations, looks to hold high potential to be a future classic. Very difficult to flip man.

Once you got the MM, start looking for the next high end Seiko to buy. That's how it started for most people. :D

so far it was ok for my 6.5" wrist. try it and u will know!



good to rotate the rubbers (drilled lugs so convenient!) before it gets too hard from prolonged storage!







anyway now the rubber is on my black Sumo :D

How's the overhang in the strap?

Does it stick out?

Do u hv to boil it to make it curved like the vented SKX strap?

Yes the oem rubber is bit long but it suit the watch very well. Try it.

I tried it last night.

It looks good, but as predicted its too long for my liking.

Wore it on the 3rd last joke for a snug fit, but tail too long.

On the 4th last hole the tail not so long, but the mm300 is too top heavy.



I still prefer the bracelet
