Anyone knows where can I get my hands on one, checked with Mr Goh and he didnt have it.

I heard its rare and can only be found on the reissue seiko 5 sports diver (true boh? :( )

Is it possible to get from Tong Sia and if so can anyone let me know the part no.

I think you just need the model number for the seiko 5 sports diver. Then you can go thong sia and ask if they stock the day wheel for that model can liao.
