Car agent providing misleading information
Hi guys, sorry for the ranting. I am really fed up with one car agent from this xx company for providing misleading information to me. Even we have agreed on the car price verbally, after the fifth day, ask me go down to their office to view the car and told me his boss has see the wrong price and raised up the car price ....:( It is really wasting my time for talking and negotiating for five days. Even the ad it self promised to give a ipad when confirmed the car but I was told again it is a gimmick. I checked the website again, there were no fine clause to state subjected to certain conditions. So misleading.....of course, I am not so "hungry ghost"..but it is a wrong approach to cheat consumer.Worst still, I gave them a second chance as a return customer. I thought things would change for the better. My current car was bought from this irresponsible company few years ago. Imagine if you have drove a car with a discon ERP for one solid year till you received a summon from LTA to show cause in court. Lucky, I appealed that it was not my fault and it is the company has installed a discon erp.
End of my ranting. Beware of certain car agent. I hope I did not offend any bros here. It is not to direct at anyone in specific.
