As promised to devil00 bro,now SIC-ing my 2nd(and only) wabified cheesy dirty 6217 62mas (sold first one off cheaply).From the pics,you guys can see this one looks "been there done that" and according to the previous owner,he is the sole owner and bought it decades ago ,used it then left it in some socks/clothes cabinet only to rediscover it yrs back. But that's his side of his story. All I wanted was a nice original unrestored specimen to replace my 1st 62mas(retouched). *62mas collecting is jin ja addictive....
So quite happy that I won some bidders in eprey years back and only expect a working 62mas. Note by this time there is the increasing 62mas bidding war/original parts WTBs/inflated 62mas market value etc,so was quite lucky to get it(cant even get to sleep after the auction ended cos too happy)
And when it reached me,I was very satisfied with the true unmolested/unrestored condition especially the unpolished caseback.You can clearly see the 'pimple original finishing' on the caseback. That's seldom seen in most 62mas.
So for now i am keeping it as it is ,in this condition.

6105 sold riao lor...together with my old 7002 and 4205..these three variants just dont sync with me ley.. maybe next time then think about getting a 6015 again..

650usd is consider norm riao... ppl selling more much more in some forums and eprey..
700SGD is very hootable...seldom got such price riao..
for 62mas have to set aside 800 SGD for beatup and 1-1.2k for minty-er examples.

Yes, it is all original, except the leather strap.

Watch is in very good condition for its age and I have no intention to sell. So don't worry about whether it has been re-lumed lor. As for your comment on uneven spread, I would say that I will be very worried if I get one with even spread --- this means aftermarket dial. :lol:
That's good, it's a very nice condition piece, definitely a keeper but if you ever wanna flip, there will be a lot of ready buyers here :lol:

I also have a 6105 which has an aftermarket bezel insert and NOS hands. It was serviced by Ah Goh. I would say Ah Goh did a great job, as the watch seems to keep on running. I will post pics when I get back home. I am now looking for Orient King Diver 1000m. If anybody wants to sell, PM me lor. Sorry for OT. :lol:

Sometime.... the choice had to be make to keep the dial especially the "framed" hr markers from further corrosion if there is moist in the lume..... so a relume is acceptable to me..... ;)
