Dear bros..... I am looking for a vintage dress watch. Probably like the few example belows.

Any recommendations?



I've little idea on KS or LM models but some of the models does sing to me.

Any advice on such models or genre of watches and probably price ranges to expect?

Good choice to go with KS and LM... But I suggest u take a look at antiquewatchblog for vintages.

It's more reliable than eBay (and local)!

When you guys make purchases from him, does he do meet ups and COD or does he prefer to send it by post?

personally for vintage dress watches, i prefer the 60s manual winding models with the signature cursive fonts on dial & caseback...but it's not easy to find a good nice piece...can but have to be patient & have to FHFL if u happens to see one. I'm chasing a mini grail of mine hence decided to part with my Liner & Champion..



These are what is left in my vintage dress collection



Seiko Cronos Self Dater(not easy to get one now)









Seiko Sportsman Calender cal.957(traded away)





Seiko Goldfeather(one of the nicest dress watches & it's the slimmest mechanical model during that time)









Seiko Fairway(not easy to get one now)









pricewise, it's about S$170-S$280 for these vintages based on watch condition & model.



Seiko Goldfeather will be slightly moreexpensive than the other sub series(Champion, Liner etc) as this model is still pretty sought after by vintage collectors, especially if the condition is good
