Is it the crown guard, the bezel, the wordings at 6 gave it away?..

Its the chapter ring ! Its too thick. The dial and hands are also have tell-tale sign.

Too bad not showing the back case, otherwise one look can tell.

the 'seiko 5' emblem etched on the crystal ard 6:00 is so funny :lol:

From my understanding, caseback says 7002-700J(Japan domestic market). 7002 700J is supposed to have the words "17 Jewels" under the 150m water resist. Secondly, at the bottom of the dial(dial code) there should be the words "Made in Japan 7002-700L R"



The dial on this watch seems to be for the 7002-700A model which was meant for the international market (non-Japan, non USA), apart from missing the "17 Jewels", the dial code for 7002 700A normally reads: 7002 (Daini lightning bolt logo) 700R R.



The apart from that, the hands look original.



Have sent the seller a PM asking about the discrepencies, lets see his response...
