haven decided which gf to bring out today, ltr then update :lol:
actually tis is H461,much more harder to find than H601.So far this model is the only PVD one I knw for seiko anadigi(apart from pvd 6139,7A28 alien's watch etc).
This module is similar to miyota Y652 which are used in military favoured chronosport UDT dive watches in 80's,all are PVD case.
H601 looks similar in LCD placement and also 3 hands but number of push buttons/sides placed nt same.
(H601 only got 2 buttons on left side and a crown on right; H461 got 1 button on left,2 buttons+ a crown on right)

I also noob and just knew abt it recently,then did searches and tracked back to military watch forum and got the infos abt this watch. I saw the moveemnt when I open it up to adjust something,seems nt the usual Seiko anadigi stamping...got some xtra markings.

For USD70-80, feels worth it for the novelty of the amphibia-specific engineering, Slavic charm, auto, date, acrylic.

The watch head is average weight, doesn't feel lighter than the usual SS watch of that size. The bracelet is hollow, and feels very light. So far it matches my Rolex E2 over one day (just happened that I was wearing the E2 when I set the Vostok).
For USD100+, feels worth it for the novelty of the amphibia-specific engineering, Slavic charm, auto, date, acrylic.
:o how come u bought at 100 usd bro , i bought before a couple ... 60-70usd from smirs with free delivery
oh yes that vostok amphib bracelets are crap , ppl usually swap them out

Its definitely not as bright as superluminva/lumibrite which i'm very accustomed to, but after the superluminova has fizzled out, the ball is still going strong, and is plenty bright in the dark, probably can easily be read say in the cinema :lol:

Supposably 25 years but will dim down after 15 - 18yrs, they may loose out to Lumibrite and SuperLuminova in the beginning but throughout the nite, they last ;)
I use to have a Tritium Traser watch, they were wonderful :)
