"Hi" from a longtime lurker

Hi All



I've been coming to this website for a few months now, since I chanced upon it, doing a google search for Seiko watches :mrgreen:



I was thrilled to hear about a local site for Seiko collectors.



I currently have 8 Seikos... Here are pics of some of them...

6309-7040 with nicely toned Indices, just wish the hands had toned to the same level. One thing I love about this 6309, is the Bright Red "Water Resist" text.

6309 Dress Watch (Silver) - I actually bought this one to use the dial for a Mod project. But when I got, I realised it was too nice of a watch to be broken up for parts. Even the original Bracelet fit my 7 1/2" wrist.

Ahh, you mean my Marathon SAR-D.



Yah, sorry we could not deal on that one, it was picked up pretty fast once I posted it.



Now I miss it..Sigh.. I guess that's always part and parcel of watch collecting..Unless you have unlimited financial resources, one has to adopt a catch and release program :roll:
