tutorial : how to make straps for t bar lugs

lately because ive been selling a couple of poljots with t bar lugs

i get many ppl telling me they worry where to get straps for it in the future....

well i have always made my own straps for t bar lugs , not that difficult ...





made one just for demo just now



tools









measure the proper dimensions and cut open from the inner side , remove the plastic spring bar tube (that white thing)







apply contact cement on both ends , wait a couple of mins... push down FIRMLY







done
