i was browsing thru WUS forum while taking a short break from my work, scrolling thru the Sales forum when I saw a familiar quartz callibre number & the seller was actually one of a SC bro :!:



Immediately clicked into his FS post to read the descriptions of the watch. Watch was in pretty good condition except for one issue on the 6:00 sub dial totaliser & a very minute mis-alignment of the hand on the 12:00 sub dial. Other than these few minor issues, all looked perfect(at least to me,lol). I can either try my luck to get ah goh to see if he can fix up the issue or I'll just leave with it since it's able to tell time, I wun be using chrono functions anyway ;)



Smsed him once I've seen the watch but no reply..sian..I dun wanna lose this watch man,lol, I've been looking for this model for a while & least expected to see that it is coming from a SC bro himself.



after a couple of hours, he replied & told me it's still available, YEAH!! :lol:



discussed about the price & we settled on an agreement that made both parties happy. He dropped by my area ard 2230hrs for the dealing & chatted untill 2345hrs, when it sudden rained elephants & rhinos!



And so, this is the watch.



A quartz(some of you might be sian when you read this right,lol!) chronograph..a quartz chrono that have 9 hands :twisted: 1/100sec timing..

oh speaking of 7T59,its pretty historical in some way. Begin the 1st quartz chronograph with a 1/100 sec chrono reading,this was the 1st ever for Seiko in 1991. And there are quite many sources that mentioned not only 1st for Seiko but rather in all known brands. Though 1 source mentioned a russian watch that has this capability.....



It was a prized watch with lower production made till 1993. Prices werent friendly as compared to other quartz chrono at that time and was later replaced by 7T52.

bought it not to wear it anytime soon but as its a nice deal on site,how to pass so buy to to keep for time begin...and it was bought as a subsitute for some watch which I didnt have...and when i got it,might as well trade it off mah..rather than keeping and not wearing.



I dont have the funds to hoot watches after watches if I dont trade or sell some off... :cry:



thats why many times I reluctant to sic my hoot in scs...flip also must think twice..



next time better not sic any lobangs openly riao...

Russian don't have a chronograph with 1/100 but there's a mechanical stop watch from Slava.

(joking lar),I dont flip when I no need to...if flip means need funds/change focus,brand,variant etc..



last time buy so many quartz divers, 4 x Arnies,seiko tunas,dress watches like KS/GS/LM etc...in e end,change of focus also slowly flip one by one to get funds to hoot other watches.. nw more of less is concentrate in vintage/modern swiss and Japanese divers.. dress watch 1 hand can count.
