One black mako with PVD casing and bracelet... 2 model code?

Reference to the above links... what's the major difference? Both looks the same, measures the same size, same movement, same color...

I still couldn't tell what's the difference as i have read else where, the C and F of the ORIENT model numbers signifies the difference in bracelet quality?

Same watch and I don't think there is any difference in bracelet quality.
