anyone got good watchmaker /electronics technician to intro?
need to fix the light bulb on one of my watch...
Re: anyone got good watchmaker /electronics technician to in
The only one I know is the Marco Marketing (Casio agent) workshop uncle. He brought several of my vintage casios back to light. Not sure if he is willing to take on outside jobs. I'm assuming your "light bulb" is a diode?
Re: anyone got good watchmaker /electronics technician to in
any idea how i can contact this uncle? thanks!
Re: anyone got good watchmaker /electronics technician to in
mine is those old school ones with light bulb
Re: anyone got good watchmaker /electronics technician to in
Marco Marketing at henderson Industrial park, beside the Bukit Merah Central. I've got no contact for him directly though, but he is always there.

I did once transplanted the vintage lightbulb from one beater TS-100(thermometer series) to another good TS-100 that came without a lightbulb in the PCB(previous owner removed it). It worked but the finishing job( soldering joints + PCB surface) not nice after using my lousy soldering iron kit+skills to do that..

you need working micro lightbulb to do transplant..dont think marco got spare lightbulb..
