buying 2nd hand blackberry phones got any cons???

Y not get an Iphone or an Android phone?



BB phones more for business users i think and the only advantage is tat one of their models have no camera (hence popular with military people).

Remember to ask the seller let u check if the pin is released from previous owner or not. Call any telco to check the pin.



If not released, u will be stucked with a bb that only calls and sms. 9780 has one of the better battery life ever. If brand new one can find, shld not be expensive coz 9900 is out now. Been using blackberry for a few years now with no regrets.

wat u mean by pin is released??? meaning when i deal wif the seller, i call the telco the seller is using on the spot to check whether the pin is released???



iphone or android tried b4 liao, so i wanna use sumthing different.... :D :D

Yeap, ask ur seller to call loh. This pin is like a unique id to the phone.

can also ask seller to provide you IMEI and PIN number to check before u deal with him

anyway do note that if you gonna use blackberry phones, be prepared to sign up for blackberry internet service to access to appworld and native email client. normal data plan wont work.



if your plan is up liao do consider sign plan for 9780 since with 9900 out now its much affordable. then u wont have the pin problem
